How long does shipping take?
All packages of goat milk soap are packed and shipped out within 2 - 3 business days of placing your order. Once in the mail, packages should ship in 1-4 business days, depending on location. Shipping times around the holidays may vary, please check the announcement bar at the top of the page.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns. If you have concerns about your order please email us at honestgoatsoap@gmail.com or fill out a contact form.
How does local pick-up work?
If you are local to Stuarts Draft, VA and would like to schedule a time to pick up your order in Stuarts Draft, VA, please send an email to set up a time to pick up after you have completed your order. We do not currently offer any delivery options.
What is the difference between essential oils and fragrance oils?
The main difference between fragrance oils and essential oils is that fragrance oils are synthetic and essential oils are made of natural materials.
How should I care for my soap?
To ensure you get the most out your goat milk soap, keep it in a well drained area where it can dry completely between each use. The dryer you keep it, the longer it will last!
